These trays are designed to fit comfortably over your teeth while administering the appropriate medication deep into the pockets where it destroys bacteria. All you have to do is apply the medicated gel to the trays, then pop them in your mouth. You wear the trays two to three times per day for just 15 minutes. It’s easy to wear them while watching television, reading, or showering. After removing, brush your teeth, and you’re done!
